BIOCURVE Return PolicySingle Vial / Warranted
  • 120 unlimited exchange
  • Lenses must be returned with a copy of the original invoice and in the original vial.
  • Lenses returned without an explanation or without a reorder will not receive credit.
  • To ensure prompt service, a new invoice will be generated on exchanges and credit will be issued towards the returned lenses.
  • Warranty does not cover lost or damaged lenses.
  • Cancellation of warranted lenses with 60 days will receive full credit.
  • Defective lenses are subject to verification. Defective lenses will be issued full credit with reorder.
  • No credit on mishandled lenses- discolored, torn, protein deposits, etc.

    Spare Lens Program (SLP)
  • Purchase one or more spare lenses up to 9 months from the original invoice.
  • Spare lenses are non-warranted and non-returnable unless defective.
  • Defective lenses may be exchanged for like parameters and are subject to verification
